2015 Festival Criteria
VISUAL ELEMENT
Somewhere in each team’s film, the provided “Slam Video” must appear on screen. There are no requirements on when, where, or how long the clip appears in their film, as long as it is visually present.
LOCATION
2015’s location element incorporates several historic, long-running Spokane businesses.
Teams received a card with a number on it (1, 2, or 3). The number is red, green, or blue. That color corresponds with one of three downtown Spokane businesses that have been in operation for over 100 years.
The business that corresponds with a teams colored number must appear in their film. How they chose to feature it is up to them, but the physical exterior of the business location must be visually present in their film to count. A map citing each of these businesses and signifying which color they correspond can be found below.

Teams received a card with a number on it (1, 2, or 3). This number corresponds to one of the three different culinary creations made by Spokane restaurant owners and chefs below. Each chef is featured in one of the below videos where they create the dish and talk about its significance.
