Dan Webster is the longtime host of the Spokane Public Radio movie show “Movies 101.” Previously he served for 25 years as the film critic for The Spokesman-Review. He thinks that Quentin Tarantino is an arrogant narcissist, but he agrees with many others that “Pulp Fiction” may be the best movie to come out of the 1990s. He’s clearly comfortable with irony.
