Nonprofit Timed Film Competition Seeks Enthusiastic Organizers to Help Drive Future Growth

SPOKANE, WA – The 50 Hour Slam—now an official nonprofit organization—is excited to announce plans to expand its Board of Directors. Since its founding, the Slam has been the Inland Northwest’s largest timed film competition, challenging and inspiring local filmmakers to produce short films in just 50 hours. As the organization moves into a new era, it seeks passionate, dedicated individuals to help shape the festival’s future and drive it in fresh, innovative directions.

“We want the Slam to thrive and grow,” says the current organizing team. “By bringing new board members on board, we hope to broaden our scope, strengthen our impact, and ensure that the 50 Hour Slam remains the premiere timed film competition in our region.”
